By providing laser cutting services in-house, our team can control quality and process production with great speed and accuracy. The laser cutting process is an excellent alternative when production quantities or prototyping do not justify building hard tooling for stamping the part. The new Mitsubishi laser enables us to hold tight and repeatable tolerances, and offer cost savings by reducing scrap through nesting with the appropriate algorithm We give our customers what they expect; a high quality laser cut part with a competitive price. 
Considerable savings can be obtained by strategic nesting and common line cutting. Small kerfs and slight heat affected zones are other considerations to be aware of when considering the fit and function of a part. Furthermore, secondary operations such as de-burring can be eliminated or dramatically reduced. Our machine is also equipped with a secondary shuttle table which in turn increases efficiency and shortens production time.
